Our souls long for the coming King….

אוֹדְךָ, אֲדֹנָי אֱלֹהַי–בְּכָל-לְבָבִי; וַאֲכַבְּדָה שִׁמְךָ לְעוֹלָם

I give thanks to You, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify Your Name forever.
– Psalm 86:12

Giving Him glory with every word,

New Album Coming Soon

The idea of the Coming King embodies all of our hope as believers in the risen Messiah.

Because He has died on the cross for our sins, we are now righteous before God. Because He descended into hell, He now holds the keys of death and the grave. Because He was resurrected by the quickening of the Holy Spirit, He proved Himself the Son of God on the earth. Because He ascended to the right Hand of the Father, we have hope of His return.

Having heard about Messiah’s impending arrival my entire life, I grew up with a longing that I could not describe or understand. When I realized that Yeshua is the Messiah I had been waiting for, it was at once clear that this yearning in my soul was for Him. In the process of preparing this album, I hope to express that desire to the world and to stir in all of us a hunger for His Kingdom.

Let us know, let us press on to know the Lord,
His going out is sure as the dawn,
He will come to us as the showers, as the spring rains that water the earth.

– Hosea 6:3 ESV

A Memoir on Choosing Jesus as a Jew

As believers, we are taught to look forward to new horizons. The new heaven and earth are the undiscovered country we long for, though we’ve never seen them. Yet, the greatest journey we will ever embark on starts with one choice.

To leave the traditions I grew up with and explore the possibility that my Messiah may have already come was a daunting prospect. Just considering it was dangerous. To believe it was blasphemy. In the end, the choice was mine.

God gave us the gift of volition, the ability to exercise our own will. I pray this book helps those with their own doubts and questions. It is no sin to search, but it is a crime to let others make the most important choice for you.

Join the journey to The Coming King.

Gittel Fruma

Seeking to give Him glory with every word.

The Coming King really began in 2013. My rough road into motherhood was ending and God was doing something new in my soul. I needed a way to pour myself out and I began writing songs… a lot of songs.

Since then, I’ve written more than 70 songs, but I still remember the feeling that the first album was supposed to be called The Coming King and I was supposed to release it under my Jewish name, Gittel Fruma.

So, here I am, almost 10 years later. Pressing through to record this album has been a representation of my waiting for the Coming King Himself. I live in the soon and not yet, constantly battling to be prepared and be still.

These are songs of longing, of awakening, and of promise. They came to me in my worst times and have continued to bring me hope. I pray that they call us, the Bride of Christ, to wake up and stand tall.

Join me on the journey of bringing The Coming King to life.
